More of my creations

Finding time to paint is one of my greatest challenges, with three children at home during summer season. Still i manage to paint with them while they watch a DVD movie or play nintendo. I am incorporating "plein air" so i am always ready to be in nature and paint at the same time.
I am completely self-taught artist. I love to paint, i enjoy it. The images came to me during my meditations and while i am in trance state. Maybe many artists will relate to this i hope.  Painting itself is healing and restorative.  I do occasionally offer workshops and use art therapy with children.
My love for children and paint is unify in art. I recently got certified as a Reiki Master so i infused my paintings with healing love energy. I can customize this for every customer/client needs.
I didn't plant to sell my paintings because i didn't think they weren't great enough. A friend of mine recommended me to go ahead and test the waters. I am proud of my paintings for their content and message, how they make me feel and the love infused in them, more than the technique.
Many of my cosmic, galactic painting came during dream state time and meditations, i don't think they come directly from my conscious mind, i felt they were almost inspired by the divine.  I hope  they find a loving home soon.

Aquarian Age

Dear friends, i took a break from jewelry due to a short vacation time. I feel in the right mood for painting. I have been painting with oils a series of Aquarian age paintings. I called them aquarian age because they are mystical and the images came to me during my meditations.

Spring air

Spring is here and my little shop is getting renew with new colors and additions. I will continue using metal charms, vintage fabrics and textiles but my palette will be in shades of pale blue, yellow and rose pastels.
I wish i can spend more time creating, so i need to manage my time effectively so i can bring you something new every week.

My recent works

I have been working on necklaces and metal charms. Stamping metal charms is a new adventure for me and i am getting really good at it after smashing my fingers a couple of times. I reclaimed antique silk ribbon, hammered  brass , antique mother of pearl buttons, Indian metal beads, glass pearls from the 1920s.  My little treasures include also tarnished brass pieces, skeleton keys and Swarovski beads.

I saw a star slide down the sky,
Blinding the north as it went by,
Too burning and too quick to hold,
Too lovely to be bought or sold,
Good only to make wishes on

Welcome to my Little Garden and Studio

This is a great journey of mine. I created this blog to display my love for jewelry, arts and nature. I am a poet, naturalist and jeweler in my free time. My  creations are inspired by nature, bird songs, hiking the mountains, reading fantasy books , fairy tales and poetry.  I love everything that looks vintage, aged, worn out but with a magical and delicate finish. My trips to France and specially Provence inspired me to create pieces that are unique. My little garden and studio is an old cottage home surrounded with Victorian roses. I personally decorated inside to reflect my love for romance, theater, drama and the unconventional.
